Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities :
- Monitor and lead Purchase, SCM team & store teams.
- Devise and execute functional strategies for Purchase, supply chain & logistics.
- Review RFQ, quotation, Price Change, PO, Tooling, Supplier Agreement and Supplier Financials.
- Monitor and control SOP supplies in terms of cost / quality / delivery requirement from buying locations.
- Review supplier's performance on a monthly and quarterly basis for fixing the issues.
- Explore the possibility to promote alternate raw material, Standardization of raw material, processes etc., Supplier Standardization & Optimization etc.
- Participate on cross-functional teams and formulate project plans to ensure timely implementation of critical performance programs. Ensure project plans are updated on a defined schedule and communicated to the key stakeholders.
- Visit supplier's facilities to qualify them as new sources and assist in the resolution of production, design, quality and/or delivery problems.
- Vendor development.
- Inventory Control.
- Value Engineering.
- Evaluation and source the raw material .
- Finalizing dimensions for Primary, secondary, and tertiary raw material.
- Development of new product art work, bill of material, etc.
- Coordination with cross functional department (Regulatory affairs, Marketing, Production, Purchase) for timely delivery of project and to provide all the necessary documents of Raw Material for regulatory filling.
- Handle trouble shooting at shop floor related to raw material and operation.
- Provide document for regulatory submission and query related.
- Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
MIS :
- Generate Daily / Weekly / Monthly to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding stock levels.
