POSITION System Engineer - Platform / Customer

GROUP Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager

Major Responsibilities

- Development of competitive platform concepts for GS-systems on different levels of the power train

- System engineering for creating and enhancing of customer systems

- Supports technical discussions at customer with relevant information

- Active role in simultaneous engineering process to ensure calibration ability for systems, packages or function

- Evaluation of interaction between SW and HW with components (also external ECU) in the system: Component package development

- Initial and/or neutral calibration of new ECU SW functions/packages

- Evaluation, concept development and approval of customer-specific requirements for calibration

Requirements:

1. B.E/ Masters in Mechanical/ Automotive /Electronics with 3 - 6 years of experience

2. Knowledge in Engine Management System

3. Experience in 2-wheeler Engine/vehicle calibration and function development

4. Knowledge in Mechatronics and controls

5. Experience in Evaluation of interaction between SW and HW with components (also external ECU) in the system

6. Valid 2wheeler driver license

7. Experience in handling any of the gasoline system development areas; Air, Fuel, Combustion, Exhaust management

8. Ambition to lead & drive topics independently

9. Assertive (strength of character) / Persuasive (conviction)

10. Strategic thinking / action & Passion towards engineering

11. Communication & Negotiation skills

12. Working with matrix organizations
