Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Mechanical Maintenance - Manufacturing (7-14 yrs)
A Leading Organization manufacturing Insoluble sulphur for tyre and rubber indistry, Oriental Carbon and Chemicals requires Deputy Manager /Assistant Manager Mechanical Maintenance for their manufacturing facility located in Mundra in Gujrat.
Job Description :
- Effectively can handle a team of 5 engineers and 10 technician to carry out all types of mechanical maintenance, modification, improvement in a chemical process plant
- Should have in depth maintenance knowledge of following equipment :
a. Pumps- centrifugal, diaphragm, gear pump, liquid ring vacuum pump, Agitators
b. Mechanical seal
c. Gear Box - worm and worm wheel, Helical
d. Ribbon blenders, Heat exchanger, vibro sieve, Band dryers, root blowers, centrifugal blower, rotary valves , screw conveyor, cooling towers etc.
- Should familiar with all routine and major issues in process plants
- Familiar with Utility operation and maintenance
- Good command on all fabrication process
- Good knowledge of condition monitoring of rotary and static equipment
- Good leadership and administration quality
- Working knowledge of SAP, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, Energy conservation, cost reduction, inventory management, improvements and up gradation in existing system
- Should familiar with preparation of annual repair and maintenance budget for respective section and subsequent controls
