Job Description :
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility :
- Ensure storage, batching and feeding of proper Raw material with correct quality and quantity as per requirement of Blast Furnace in collaboration with all other stake holders eg. Operation RM, Maintenance etc
- Maintain availability of RMHS equipment to avoid delay in Blast Furnace feeding and receiving system
- Maintain consumable in his area
- Driving improvement initiatives in his area
- To ensure that the Quality & EHS management system is understood, implemented and maintained by all the supervisors and workers in his team
- Ensure people management in shifts and respective area
Requirements:
Location: Kharagpur
CTC 4 - 8 lacs
Education - BE/ B Tech in Metallurgy or equivalent. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of BF Operating Experience
- Experience in Blast Furnace- RMHS operation is mandatory
