Deputy Manager - Cost & Capacity - Delivery Operations (8-12 yrs)
Senior manager/manager - Cost & capacity management in Delivery operations
This role will lead some of the charters within the Delivery Operations Central Team especially focused around capacity management, delivery costs, other cost control measures.
This role will ensure Reliability/Cost/Network/Lean/Compliance/Infra Planning/Manpower templates/New initiatives etc.
Job Responsibilities(8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities Include
Develop and report KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), executive updates, perform RCA's (Root Cause Analysis) and identify potential opportunities for improving delivery costs, capacity management & reducing other operational costs
Do thorough deep dive into KPI data and drive analysis for insights into corrective and preventive measures for performance improvement
Coordinate with various stakeholders & support functions and identify/implement actions towards achievement of cost, speed and reliability targets
Own the program management of all cost & reliability initiatives
Process review and suggest/implement improvements
Exercise preset levers and/or newly identified levers in the event of breakdown/disruption for Tech issues, external issues, and internal operations
Represent operations in weekly cross-functional meetings to highlight challenges faced by ground operations team and any technical or demand related issues.
Conduct regular time & motion studies to ensure optimal manpower, asset, layout templates are used Desired Abilities

Process/Project Management: Understands specific processes and principles to initiate, plan, execute and manage the way that new initiatives or changes are implemented within an organization with guardrails of Time, Cost, Scope & Quality of the output.
Teamwork & Leadership: Can work collaboratively with a variety of teams, create transparency and able to inspire others to work toward common goals by engaging and empowering them to achieve personal, team and organizational goals.
