Deputy Manager - Edible Oil Refinery (8-10 yrs)
1) Maintain production quality & quantity according to company quality policy standard
2) Achieve weekly/ monthly production targets within the time limit
3) Regular monitoring the consumption of chemical, to maintain hygiene in the area
4) Maintain stock of spare parts of machinery,refined oil,crude oil,by products
5) Modification of equipments to improve quality and quantity of refinery production stuff
6) Manage and control refinery cost, process parameters
7) Provide guidance to team members for smooth working and maintain quality of product.
8) Coordination with other departments for production planning, packing planning and maintenance planning.
9) Maintain safety norms at production area.
10) Improve production quality and reduce loss
11) Regularly check of machine performance
12) Find out the reason of less production and quality related issue
13) Prepare quality parameter setting report with coordination of Q.C. Department
Desired candidates profile :
- B.Tech(Oil Technology)
- Candidate must have 8-10 yrs of experience in edible oil refinery operations and management.
