Location : Kadi (Gujarat)
Job Description / KRAs of Position :
- Develop budget of department and provide for necessary control and reporting of results, variances and recommendations
- Draft and propose revisions in the maintenance policies & processes
- Review and update maintenance masters and prepare preventive maintenance plan and track the adherence to the plan
- Prepare and update equipment wise predictive maintenance guidelines
- Ensure that equipment metrics and performance is measured at predefined time intervals
- Prepare shutdown/turnaround plan and estimate cost of shutdown
- Ensure adherence to shutdown/turnaround timelines
- Distribute work for unplanned maintenance on daily basis and ensure timely completion of work
- Ensure availability of spares, consumables and tools to the maintenance team
- Report the KPIs of the maintenance department
- Set-up communication channel between maintenance department and other departments of the organization
- Ensure adherence to environment, health & safety (EHS) norms at the maintenance site
- Core strengths in implementing Preventive, Predictive and Protective maintenance to maximize reliability of equipment's.
- Experience in optimum planning of critical spares and optimizing machine inventory.
- Expertise in comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting of the unit covering Electrical/Mechanical utilities and other machineries.
- Demonstrate new expertise in carrying out root cause analysis of repeated break downs.
- Competencies in engineering projects planning, scheduling, drawing cost estimating, mobilize & managing manpower, machine & resources.
