- Experience of Design /Develop/Test HVAC system and associated system for integration
- Capable in Technical Discussion with client & project execution, review of construction drawings, Technical Specification, Technical ; Recommendation, Quality Assurance Plan & Mechanical deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
- To Handle HVAC design for new projects to support to BD for designing HVAC in terms of preparation of design brief, Preparation of HVAC BOQ, Clarifying technical queries, coordination with HVAC estimation team etc.
- Experience in Heat load calculations (HAP) of HVAC system and Knowledge of building load calculation software (Energy plus, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, etc.)
- Experience of Design /Develop/Test HVAC system.
