Deputy Manager - Painting (6-15 yrs)

Qualification : B.Sc / B.E / M.Sc + NACE Level II Compulsory

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure all the assets are to be painted as and when required with standard paint painting procedure and paint application practices with quality and safety at top with proper risk identification and corrective actions.

- Execute Cost-effective jobs as per Standard Painting Practices, Application as per Painting Standards & engineering standard guidelines.

- Execute Cost-effective contractor jobs as per Standard painting application Practices & engineering standard guidelines.

- Account for Rectification as per any defects arises during day to day job execution due to Poor painting & surface preparation, Poor workmanship, Human error, not followed SOPs / guidelines or procedures, due to untrained person to have defect free Quality Work.

- Participate & Contribute input and Suggestions to eliminate defects.

- Ensure painting activities for Work Quality as per Standard paint application practices.

- Execute Painting application if required in MOC Work as per Timeline.

- Execute all jobs as per plans, standards & no deviations during PSSR.

- Ensure for housekeeping standards & Responsible to execute identified painting jobs / finding in GPC and communicated by operations team.

- Ensure available team is trained about all possible emergency scenario and equipped to handle it in safe manner.

- Ensure that the Applicator team is following the waste disposal process and decontamination process.

- Inculcate "safety first" behavior in reporting to ensure "zero safety incidents".

- Ensure that BBS is followed by all assigned contractor team members to the area of ownership.
