Experience: 10+ Yrs of experience in Precision sheet metal/Fabrication/Stamping/Machining/Surface coating industry
Job Description:
- Heading production and support high quality productivity
- Sound knowledge and work experience in QMS system, manpower management and industrial safety compliance
- Implement industries best practices, organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- GD&T, 2D, 3D engineering drawing knowledge is must
- Process knowledge of sheet metal part- s, machine tool operations and maintenance
- Overall Stores & Logistic control
- SAP, APQP & IATF Knowledge must and documentation
- Control fixtures and Machining Fixture design ideas/knowledge.
- Review worker performance and identify training needs
- Effectively and efficiently manage the production -daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of industry best practice strategy, policies and procedures.
- Lean manufacturing and ISO system to be implemented in spirit and action effectively.
