Deputy Manager - Production & SCM - API Plant (1-6 yrs)
- We are looking for candidates with having experience in Production & SCM Excellence from any Pharmaceutical industry.
Incumbent will be responsible for :
- Gather sales, production and supply chain related data, perform analysis to arrive at actionable recommendations to identify growth areas as well as improve profitability.
- Get involved in monthly demand and production planning & review process, prepare weekly reports on plan vs. actuals along with assitsitng in online trouble shooting.
- Propose capacity de-bottlenecking/ expansion projects in conjunction with the Operations team, monitor capacity utilization & suggest actions and work with plant team to implement the same at fast pace.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers for products & assist in long term planning for key raw materials.
- Support in customer meetings & related activities to improve customer engagement, customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Internal Functions (R&D, Marketing, Finance, Planning) for production in time.
- Help in implementation of process improvement & other strategic initiatives by management.
