- Interacting with customers on a daily basis to address the Quality concerns to have the knowledge of Injection molding Process and Injection molding machine.
- Addressing the concerns raised by the customer internally and ensuring Interim/Permanent Corrective Action is taken
- Understanding customer specific requirements and integrating these requirements as part of quality systems.
- Co-ordinating with internal agency/Customers/Global Quality Office for certification to Global Quality standards and customer specific requirement
- Responsible for Incoming inspection of supplier parts and ensuring interim containment action for quality concerns from local and imported suppliers
- Supports new programme launches
- Conducts Quality Operating System Reviews on a monthly basis to ensure continuous improvement of Processes and Products
- Responsible for ensuring Quality when noticed violation of product / process Quality
- Address internal quality issues on a routine basis
- Ensures calibration of all gauges either internally in the lab or through an external agency
- Ensures that durability testing is conducted in the lab as required
- Conduct Global Quality training programme on Quality internally
- Warranty analysis and reporting
- Responsible for deployment of continuous improvement activities like Six sigma etc
