- Managing & leading a team of Service Engineers & Repair Technicians.
- Monitoring and control of customer complaints.
- Responsible for technical operations of Workshop.
- Guide / Supervise Engineers / Technicians to resolve product related problems.

- Experience in consumer durable / appliance industries.
- Diploma/ BE - Must
