Position Deputy Manager - SQA (Electronics & Mechanical)

Position Overview Must have to take the ownership of Supplier Quality and Internal Quality Inspection Target to have defect free part from Supplier

Experience 7 -9 years of experience in Automotive Electronics & mechanical quality assurance

Location Chakan, Pune

Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Mechanical

Here is a glimpse of what you will do :

- Expertise in core tool: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP

- Proficiency in TPM, EMS, OHSAS & QMS

- Knowledge of global 8D methodology approach, why-why analysis, process mapping & other statistical analysis tools(SPC)

- Knowledge of various measurement lab instruments

- Management of labs and testing facilities as per the QMS and accreditation to NABL and other agencies.

- Supplier Quality Management -Supplier Evaluation & assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions

- Supplier Technical Support - Providing technical guidance (Technical review) to the vendor team, guiding them on resolving performance bottlenecks.

- Review PFMEA, Control plan and Procedures of supplier

- Work with Internal CFT for Improvements.

- Liaising with customers & 3rd party auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance -TS16949/OHSAS/EMS

- Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capacity of vendor to meet orders and vendor quality standards.

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years experience into SQA, preferred Automotive Electronics
