B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical with 6-15 years experience in MEP Services Design and Coordination/Execution with Reputed Builder/Developer firms.

Location : Kandivali

Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Safety system planning, installation, and commissioning in large scale mixed use residential and commercial projects.

1) Preparation of HVAC requirement for Project after concept is finalized.

2) Review of technical competency of consultant before finalization.

3) Review of DBR prepared by consultant considering the intended purpose & cost aspects.

4) Review of specifications/Data Sheet for HVAC Equipments on Site.

5) Review of Designing of schematics of HVAC Systems.

6) Review of HVAC drawings, MEP coordinated drawings.

7) Review of tender document prepared by consultant/s, Bill Measurement & Certification.

8) Review of Technical proposal received from vendors, Negotiations & Vendor finalization.

9) Assisting technically to Procurement Department for procurement of Electrical major Equipment's.

10) Co-ordination with contractors (regarding project cost & time control)

11) Follow the Project Progress & ensure that Electrical works follow civil works as per agreed programme.

12) Review of Design & Preparation of HVAC Single line drawings.

13) Guide the team of Project Engineers, MEP coordinator based at site for smooth functioning of the project.

14) Co-ordinate with MEP team & other colleagues to ensure that proper co-ordination is Responsible for design and execution of HVAC works on site in line with the Quality and Safety Protocols.

15) Submittal of shop drawings, Responsible for calculation of Heat load & CMH for ventilation

16) Installation of Chillers Plants including Water Pumps, AHU and FCU

17) Responsible for site requirements and arranging them accordingly.

18) Coordinating with other agencies like firefighting, electrical and plumbing work.
