Responsibilities Focus :
1. Productivity Enhancement
2. Ensure monitoring, control and smooth functioning of Operational activities covering all key processes.
3. Adherence to Budget
4. Regular Monitoring of yield to control targeted rejection, scrap and waste generation in all functions.
5. Monitoring of internal and external quality complaints and plan and execute corrective and preventive actions.
6. Daily monitoring of Sales adherence, Marketing criticalities, DI, New Part development and monitoring of production plan accordingly.
7. Monitoring and control of Inventories (Raw material, WIP and Finish goods).
8. Identify and implement improvement projects
9. Implementation of best practices for 5S, Safety, lean manufacturing, PM effectiveness, space utilization and participate in various competitions of ACMA /CII and strive for achieving awards.
10. Achieve improvement in environment foot print and reduce water, fume, oil, polythene, noise to desirable levels.
11. Ensure safety in Plant & promote safety culture.
