Design Architect - Construction (5-8 yrs)
Interpret DP / DCR with respect to a plot so as to determine its maximum development potential.
- Determine constraints w.r.t. the plot, verify and confirm Development Potential calculations for the feasibility study.
- As part of the feasibility study, determine preliminary concept for the project. The preliminary concept shall include assumptions on product mix, residential or part commercial units, parking requirement, estimated development footprint and height of structure. Special features / themes based on specific requirement of a project.
- Make presentation to Client / Society pursuing self-redevelopment, on development potential and project concept. Act as an active agent in promoting business development.
- Provide Design Brief to outsourced professional Architects / Consultants, such as Liaison Architect, Design Architect, Elevation Architect, Landscape Architect, Structural Consultant, MEP Consultants, Specialist vendors such as for Parking systems and Elevators.
- Coordinate with the Client (Society) / all outsourced professional agencies, to expedite design and bring closure by obtaining acceptance of design.
- Assist Construction Manager with necessary coordination and review during detailed engineering up to GFC Drawings. Site experience is a must.
- Create / Review concept plans after interacting with Owner/Design Architect/Marketing and Sales/Construction Manager/Structural consultant/Liaison Architect.
- Coordinate Design Development and provide value inputs.
- Coordinate with Liaison Architect for ensuring timely permits and sanctions from Authorities
