Requisite Qualification:
BArch/B.E& Graduate/ Diploma in Interior design
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 Years of BIM work exp for B.Arch//B.E/Architectural structure
KRA
1. Should have end to end Revit-BIM Solution knowledge in Interior Fit-out Industry.
2. Preparation of drawings in Autodesk - Auto Cad/ Revit/CDE (BIM360)
3. Hosting and managing projects on BIM360/ACC platforms
4. Creating and maintaining BIM Execution plan (BEP)
5. Exceptional content creation and troubleshooting skills
6. Assisting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances
7. Managing and updating BIM Content library.
