Design Checker - UG Metro Project (15-22 yrs)
Requirement :
- Candidate should have exp min 5 yrs in UG metro.
- Planning/ finalization of the construction sequence of structures based on the tender proposal/ optimum feasible solution.
- Design Coordination with Client to get Base Drawings/GADs
- Design Review/ Optimization of quantities based on the structural designs provided by detail Design Consultant (DDC).
- Design co-ordination between Client and Design consultant to get approvals on CRDs & GFCs.
- Coordination with the Construction team to issue ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) as per the site requirements and getting approvals from client.
- Design of temporary structure as per Site requirements and getting third party approvals (from DDC) Coordination with interface contractors for design-related issues etc.
- Supervised detail design phase and managed the project with a very limited team size without any failure of scheduled dates.
- Being as a Lead Engineer in the projected take the decision of construction sequences and retaining system.
- Complete 3D analysis of entire station from Grid to Grid; created structural design of all basic components Beams, Slabs and Columns.
- Cover structural design and detailing of Simply supported, Cantilever, Deep Beam, Flat slab, Slabs with different supporting conditions etc.
- Develop temporary structure including design of secant pile wall, Soldier pile wall, strut and waler beam.
- Conducted analysis on both wallap and deep excavation for temporary structures and stages.
