We are currently looking for a - Design Coordinator- for one of the leading Client in Construction, Designing and Infrastructure Industry.

The role would be of a Design Coordination for Highway Projects....which would involve designs of Highways, Elevated Roads, Bridges and Roads.

Job Description

- Understand designs of Roads/ Highways

- Explain design to Construction team at Site

- Check Implementation of Design by Construction team.

- Design, implementation and execution for Highways, Roads, etc.,

- Providing direction, guidance, and oversight to project team members.

- Capable of supporting site operations in all aspects towards successful completion including designing, cost control, planning and scheduling.

- Meeting regularly project teams and team leaders onsite to explain drawings, review status, make recommendations, and resolve problems.

- Review and implement drawings and verify technical documents generated by consultants, subcontractors, vendors in accordance with project requirements.

- Coordinate with the client, consultants and Subcontractors to produce workshop drawings for the designing of various Highway Projects.

- Raise and resolve any technical queries relating to the design by obtaining written answers from the Client or relevant Consultant.

- Attend technical query/ design meetings to facilitate resolution of problem associated with the design.

- To liaise with authorities in order to obtain necessary approvals and to keep them appraised at all times.

- To review all drawings and specifications in order to ensure these meet specific standards and requirements.
