PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Preparing concept of machine
2. Calculation of energy, stress, deflection analysis
3. Selection of appropriate bought out and mechanism drawing
4. Preparing layout of concept in CAD
5. Preparation of Bills of material
6. Preparation of detail drawing for Assembly, Manufacturing by selecting material and their heat treatment / surface treatment.
7. Interact with controls department for electrical logic & function.
8. Interact with manufacturing team, assembly & control team and customer to help in building the machine as per the customer's requirement.
9. Machine prove outs and acceptance activities
