Design Engineer (3-7 yrs)
Position : Design Engineer
Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile)
Experience : 3+ years
Skill :
- Should have experience in Parametric Product Design and Development of Commercial and Special Application Vehicles.
- Should be an expert in CATIA V5/ V6.
- Knowledge of BOM and PLM.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of Bus Body structure based on the CAS Model and AIS Standard.
- Standardization of material and selection of Cross section for Tubes, Channels, L angle, and Plates.
- Preparation of Modules and Weight Optimization.
- Design of Concept level DMU based on design inputs from vehicle integration for CAE analysis (Roll over, Durability, Vertical_2G, 3G, Static)
- Preparation of High Level Design based on Seating layout, Window layout, Interior, Exterior panels, Front and Rear fascia, vehicle integration aggregates, and Body integration aggregates inputs.
- Preparation of Drawing and Annotation with GD & T.
- Getting drafting clearance from Drawing Quality Check.
- Clearing DMDR reports based on DFM, DFA, DFS.
- Release process of Bus body structure by using PLM Tool (Leap)
- We are in looking for design engineers who understand and competent to work on CAD tools/CATIA/3DExperience.
- We need design engineering support in thermal systems, structural (hard points), frames, axles & bus body
- Our focus is to have pilot for a project and then look at ways to extend this for other projects in the organization
- The resources/teams would be based out of Triadss's campus and the infrastructure support would be provided by Triadss
