Design Engineer (4-12 yrs)
- Should have good knowledge using design software like Autodesk Inventor(Must), solid works.
Solid edge:
- Familiar in 3D software like solid edge, Autodesk inventor and auto cad,
- Should have worked in design of SPMs, machine design, fixtures, automation.
- Knowledge on drawing standards, GD&T, ASME
- Capability to generate concept design & convert to detail design after approval using CAD Software
- Should know detailed calculations to develop Design & drawings for manufacturing, construction, installation standards and specifications
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Coordinate with production, manufacturing & Quality
- Well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal, O-rings etc
- Familiar in calculations in deriving design of shaft, gears, structural members, thermal heat etc.
- Knowledge of new product development (NPD), FEA, Bought outs, Standard parts
- Delivering project on time without reworks
- Experienced Sheet metal design & drawings
