Design Engineer - Civil/Infrastructure (15-20 yrs)

Qualification : B.Tech./ BE (Civil); PGDBA / MBA (Operations)
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Job Description :
Day to day activities involve :
a. To work on ongoing Design Engineering Projects in leading the team and managing the execution activities
b. To interact with client, attending review meetings, client relationship
c. Independently handle the large mandates of DE Team and Guiding the Team Member
d. Business Development with existing contacts and exploring new opportunities
e. To achieve target levels of new business through effective marketing of existing product line
f. Stay abreast of policy changes at all levels of clientele
g. Work along with the team on marketing of consulting projects and simultaneously building knowledge / skills in such new areas
h. Regularly working on business development pitches / co-ordination and participating in business development meetings
i. To gather market intelligence - gathering market and customer information and providing feedback to the senior management team
j. Regularly report achievements versus present targets to the senior management team
k. To stay alert to changing customer needs and give feedback for business development in terms of identification of new concepts / products / services relevant to the market and support the development of new product offerings
Expected Skills :
a. Knowledge of Design Engineering for other infrastructure works
b. Presentation Skills
c. Client Relationship Management skills
TRAVELLING : As and when required
REPORTING TO : Consultancy Group Head for Design Engineering
