Design Engineer - HVAC & Fire fighting - Construction Project (6-12 yrs)
Description :
- Looking for an HVAC & Fire Fighting Design Engineer join our MBS Engineering Team with good experience in the construction and porta cabin modular buildings industry.
- He will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and materials BOQ of the HVAC and Fire Fighting,
FM200 & NOVEC Systems according to SASO regulations, project required and the Client's specifications.
- Also, experience and meticulous attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Design the HVAC & Fire Fighting systems and components for the projects.
- Collaborate with the MBS Engineering Team like Electrical, architects, and Structural Engineers.
- Ensure the integration of HVAC & Fire Fighting Systems within the overall project plan.
- Designing the HVAC & Fire Fighting Systems drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Work with perfection and professionalism, taking full consideration of occupational health and safety, and work on continuous and cooperative development with all the team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HVAC & Fire Fighting systems in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC & Fire Fighting Systems engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Proficient in using Auto-Cad, 3D, Revit, MS Office, HAP Calculations software for HVAC & Fire Fighting
- Systems design purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in documenting and reporting project progress.
