Design Engineer - Hydraulic Cylinders (2-10 yrs)
Job description :
- Creating 3D modelling & structure hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic presses, hydraulic broaching machine
- Prepare concepts for special purpose machines, hydraulic machine, servo CNC broaching machine
- With concepts design prepared GA LAYOUT of machines
- Interact clients to approved GA LAYOUT
- 3D models & 2D drafting of machines
- Prepare GA LAYOUT of hydraulic cylinder, 3 D modeling for customized cylinder design, 2D drafting for using as per machine used.
- Prepare BOM for projects
- Design of Hydraulic lifting system for VRDE
- Prepare hydraulic circuit diagrams for hydraulic presses & Broaching machine.
- Design hydraulic cylinders & also used std hydraulic cylinders.
- Hand calculation for capacity calculation for hydraulic machine.
- Work directly with purchase department for technical help to easily purchase hydraulic accessories.
- Accelerating product development processes for meeting customer's requirement
- Writes development Reports detailing experimental work and conclusions.
- Writes idea records and presents technical presentation for customer.
- Work directly with Sales Force and Customers to solve technical problem. Works with Prototype Engineering Group to get the finished parts for internal external customers.
