SKILLS:
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) / DME
Skills required : UG NX ver 7.5 ( 1200 Hrs) Min
- To design, concept, drawing for parts of Steering, suspension, Frame, Brakes, Vehicle cooling system. Conversant with overall subsystems of commercial vehicle (Truck).
- Should be aware of GD&T, DFMEA, DRD, DVP.
- Should able to do complex 3D modeling in UG, layout, assembly and drawing detailing, Team Center working knowledge. Hands on Stack analysis as added advantage.
- Should able to handle engineering design changes.
- Good working experience in large assembly management, Top down design. Able to create concepts, perform static & dynamic clearance analysis.
- Sheet metal, Plastic part design, Composite part design & tooling design knowledge is essential
- Exposure to Manufacturing will be an advantageous.
- Good communication skills oral, written.
- Should be flexible to work at Client site & different time zone
