Design Engineer - New Product Development - Electric Motor/Embedded System/Battery Operated Machine (4-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidate should have executed at least couple of engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design & Development knowledge of Electric Motor / Embedded system / Battery operated Machine. Electrical / Electronic system drawing preparation.
- Development of Testing procedures & facilities for Verification / validation testing of EEI items.
- Knowledge of various regulations & standards for electrical certification.
- Co-ordination with cross-functional team and global engineers.
- In depth process knowledge of NPD / DFMEA / PPAP / Design Review / Engineering change process / VAVE
- Must have the ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause analysis, and deal with internal and external customers.
- Product data management
- Take responsibility for Innovation Process and Patenting aspects
- Co-ordination with vendor for concerns related to Engineering & quality of product.
- Manage the product maintenance project.
- Develops engineering documentation as per IS 9001
- BE - Electrical /Electronic with 4-5 yrs of experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001.
