Design Engineer - Schematic & PCB Layout (2-5 yrs)
Role : Design Engineer Schematic & PCB Layout
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Qualification: B.Tech. In EC, EE, EEE or any equivalent.
Location : Noida
CTC : as per Industry
Job Description :
1. Understanding of electrical and electronic components working, symbols and their types.
2. Understanding, basics of circuit schematics; Linear regulators (LDOs), switching regulators, power decoupling capacitors for ICs (analog & digital mixed, Mosfet /IGBT gate drivers, digital isolators and different communication interface components).
3. Knowledge of safety; creepage, clearance, working voltage level and environments etc.
4. New component Schematic level symbol creation and related tool library management.
5. New component footprint creation, assignment and related tool library management.
6. Drawing Schematics with clear understanding and PCB layouts design.
7. Schematics & PCB layout, output files generation, job card preparation and communication with PCB manufacturers for PCB manufacturing, layout design bugs if any exist and clarification.
8. Hands-on with multi-layers Power, analog & digital mixed PCB layout design.
9. Willing to learn new schematic and PCB layout tools.
10. BOM preparation and assist in PCBA job done.
Experience & desirable : 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with industries stands Schematic & PCB layout tools (OrCAD/Altium/DXP/ PADs etc.)
