Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Design Engineers and Senior Design Engineers with extensive experience in SolidWorks for motion studies, motion simulations, enclosure design, structures, and framework. The ideal candidates will also have expertise in vehicle design and a strong understanding of mechanical design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Software: SolidWorks:

- Develop and validate designs using SolidWorks.

- Perform motion studies and motion simulations to optimize product performance.

Design Development:

- Enclosure designs considering thermal, structural, and manufacturing constraints.

- Structures and framework design for mechanical systems.

- Vehicle design, including modeling, detailing, and assembly.

Project Execution:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within deadlines.

- Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

Documentation:

- Prepare technical drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and design reports.

- Maintain proper documentation for design revisions and changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SolidWorks, including motion study and motion simulation modules.

- Strong experience in enclosure design, structural frameworks, and vehicle design.

- Good understanding of mechanical systems and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Proactive and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for design.

- Exposure to sheet metal and plastic part design.
