Design Engineer - Structural Steel (5-7 yrs)
1. Stuctural design of moulds and supporting stucture used for casting of concrete tower. components.
2. Provide recommendations to optimize structural strength of moulds, structure, fixtures, stands, etc.
3. Design and analysis of entire mould lifting arrangement, logistics, strorage etc.
4. Preparation of 3D modellling and its simulation
5. Analysis in ANSYS/REFEM
6. Bolt calculation as per VDI standard-2230, EN 14399-4 &6, DAST, ISO898-1 &2, ISO 4032, 4017, 4014
7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, international codes like ASME, DIN, ISO . Welding processes.
8. Preparation of design validation reports
BE (Civil/Mechanical) + ME (Structures) is a must
