- Experience working in Global organisations
- Experience working in luxury retail projects
- Controlling project design process from start to finish according to Int Growth Project Management Policy by leading a design team, to ensure: high quality, building codes and local regulations, innovative and functional design
- Conduct weekly Design review meetings with all contributors
- Strong hold in cross-functional exposure (projects/sites/construction manager)
- Ensure timely completion of all design deliverables from Mexico design and all local consultants and achieve timely delivery of GFC and BOQ.
- Ensure that released GFC drawings & BOQ are correct.
