We also intend to take our products to geographies outside India like US, European countries and to Australia pretty much the at the initial stage of the company itself. Our business design is also extended to focus in creating impact on craftsmen by technology, design and skill based interventions. We are the ones who question the very design basics of the way your run-off-the-mill day to day products are and also rethink & rebuild them all. We are the - plethora of product designs and ideas- for our customers. Each product we come up with promises to touch the soul of the buyer.

Must haves and good to haves

Must haves

- NIFT /Srishti/Pearl Academy /NID - Pass out at a time period between 2008 -2012

- Has worked on new Lifestyle Product Designs before

- Has the experience of working with various indian Handicrafts and handloom clusters. Preferably handicrafts cluster.

- Has worked on completely new range of Product designs.

- Has been inde-designer/freelance for various innovative independent Projects

- Has a Behance /portfolio of his/her own to show the actual Prototypes of designs

- Understands Business from Customer based perspective and has Market Pulse and Scope Understanding

- Has good leadership and mentorship abilities and maturity to lead a big team of designers in near future.

- Has a great network and is well respected in the Designers' Network .

- Has ability to translate the design to business needs

- High energy and risk taking abilities

- Can make a cut for an early stage start up (Comes with Network and Design ecosystem of his/her own) with respect to passion drive and energy levels.

Good to haves

- Masters from NID/NIFT /Any other Top Design school (post Design Degree preferably)

- Has great inputs and strategic opinions about Current online e-commerce which sell lifestyle products.

- Has the understanding about the startup ecosystem

- Has worked on Export quality products and has worked with International client base
