Job Description:
- Providing strategic leadership to designing and engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leading the conceptualisation and design in AC and DC side, and overseeing the development of engineers' designs in compliance with IS codes and standards.
- Collaborating with other teams, making sure engineering and designs are of top notch quality and standards.
- Conducting thorough technical reviews and quality checks.
