- Preparing Conceptual MEP Drawings sets with Residential Codes such as NBC and IS Codes.

- Experienced in with Residential projects.

- Preparation of Tender Drawings and GFC drawings sets.

- Finalising and Checking BOQs (Quantity and Specifications).

- Well versed with Plumbing, Fire, HVAC, and Electrical Drawing Package.

- Well versed with AutoCAD design tools. Revit is an added advantage.

- Electrical Calculations for Load estimation and Fault calculation

- Well versed with calculations for Plumbing, Fire and HVAC system in residential projects.

- Knowledge of Latest Engineering Trends and Value Engineering initiatives and

- Knowledge of MEP SOPs, Work Method Statements

- Well-versed with best practices in Quality and safety. Cross Functional Coordination

- Co-ordination with Regional Teams and other functions viz., Design, Engineering, Planning, Costing / Budgeting, Legal, Finance

- Tracking Variations in Designs and Budget Analysis.

- RFI resolution dispute resolution

- Do Site Visits whenever required.
