Position - Designer - Electrical

Location - Mhape (Millenium Park), Navi Mumbai.

Man Specification and responsibilities - Applicant should be Diploma Electrical with minimum 2 - 7 years experience.

Job Role Purpose : 

- Experience in the field of Electrical Design with a knack to learning latest technologies.'

- Understanding layouts and drawings received from the Lead Engineering and creating detail Electrical drawings for execution.

Job Role Description :

 - Understanding thoroughly the S3C Technology and its Electrical Design Methodology.

 - Understanding Architectural Graphics & Orthographic Projections 

- Studying the drawings and its restrictions in terms of Electrical layout preparation. 

- Interact with customer / architect. 

- Creating Electrical layouts for execution. 

- Families creation in revit software.

 - Presenting the designs to the organizational heads before implementation.

 - Making number of changes and modifications in drawings as per requirement or class detection report. 

- Providing inputs to modeling

Essential Skills : 

- Experience in the field of Construction.

 - Sound knowledge of latest Electrical Design. 

- Ability to create MEP DBR for the projects. 

- Sound knowledge of Industry standard

 - Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM 360 is a must. 

- Ability to co ordinate with all teams to obtain Accuracy in GFC Drawings.

 - Keen in learning new technology and skills in the field of construction.
