Job Description :
1. Assist Staff with the Installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of Desktop computers, peripheral Equipment & software
2. Works with vendor support contacts to resolve Technical problems with Desktop computing software & Equipment
3. Ability to resolve the issue over phone & through Remote desktop tool such as WinVNC,RDP Etc.
4. Speaking with end user & understand the exact nature of issue over call
5. Provide the RCA of the call & Record the incident or issue in Daily call report excel file
