Job Responsibilities :

- Turn the ideas into reality, create perfectly astonishing designs. Set higher standards for every coming project.

- Interacting with the Team and understanding their requirements effective

- Make sure the output matches the expectations from the design

- Handle the last-minute decisions and have a smooth functioning

- Supervising the engineers and assistant engineers

- Guiding and suggesting changes, requirements, and necessities in the project

- Maintaining records of the ongoing projects and document them properly

- Document reports and submit them to higher authorities

- Manage the budget of the project and submit it to the management and accounts department

- Ensure proper safety policies for the Workers

Skills/Qualification :

- Expertise in Real Estate Execution Designs, Materials, etc.

- Excellent communication skills useful for interacting with clients and customers

- Knowledge about management

- Expert organizational skills

- Expert in prioritizing and planning work

- Expert in time management and completing work in time
