DGM/Assistant Manager - Paint Shop (6-20 yrs)

- Sap proficiency is required.
- Auto industry exp is required.
- .Indepth knowledge and high degree of proficiency in PT lines, Liquid Paint, Powder Technology.
- Exposure to operation of paint, powder coating shop on aluminuim sheet metal and die casted components.
- Should have good understanding on operating and preventive maintenance of paint shop equipment such as gun, bell, conveyors, booth, burners etc.
- Exposure to problem solving techniques such as 7 QC tools, 8-D and should be able to drive paint shop team towards Quality.
- Should have ability to drive cost reduction activity in paint shop for paint consumption, rejection and rework cost. "
