DGM/Chief Manager R&D - Bakery
- Must have worked in Bakery company such as large manufacturer of Biscuit, Cookies, Rusks, Cakes, Crackers etc.
- Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies.
- Must have handled Product development for Bakery in various categories such as Biscuits, Cooks, Crackers, Creams, Cakes and Rusks
- Must be conversant with NPD process
- Must have launched Innovative new products in market in recent past
- Must be conversant with category commercials such as Typical RM, PM, Yields Contributions in various Bakery category
- Must be conversant with Bakery centre of excellence globally
- Must have exposure to Quality assurance/control aspect of Bakery segment (Not must)
- Must be conversant with FSSAI Rules and regulations
- Must have handled team of size minimum 5 people
