Position : DGM - Contracts (Should have knowledge of construction related contract finalization in real estate company)

Location : Mumbai

Salary : 15 LPA to 18 LPA

Education : BE or BTech in Civil with 10 to 15 years of experience for Overall Contract management for 2 to 3 high rise Residential projects.

As a DGM - Contracts your responsibilities include the following

1) SCM project lead along with dedicated team members will work with Project CM and Planning Engineer to understand material needs across categories over project life-cycle

2) Responsible to ensure creation of POs in the system, use suppliers (and terms) negotiated by central Materials category teams and ensure delivery of material as per project schedule.

3) Serve as single point contact for the CM team who will be responsible for coordinating material related activities across categories.

4) Additionally, they will help CM teams to help resolve any issues with suppliers and provide feedback on supplier performance to central category team

5) Audit progress of construction activities and develop MIS reports to update top management regularly

6) Set quarterly targets for the team and monitor achievement on a continuous basis

8) Jointly identify, with construction management, resolution methods for any deviation

9) Prepare project schedule for materials and services

10) Foresee all problems regarding procurement and take steps to tackle the same

11) Float tenders, analyse, negotiate and award contracts and material P. O.

12) Do rate analysis and contractor feedback checks
