Position Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall service function operations (Elevator and Escalator).
- Service Quality : Develop, launch and Standardize process
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhance Service quality of preventive maintenance.
- Developing product manuals and Training methodologies to improve technical competencies of the service employees.
- Accountable for driving Productivity norms across regions through systematic tracking and enhancement of productivity.
- Focus on improvement of overall Tooling mechanism.
- Focus Route optimization for better utilization of resources.
- Own and support Service Digitization initiatives.
- Responsible for improvement in overall efficiency of Otis Line operations
- Design and implement various Incentive schemes
- Understand and anticipate changing business requirements to ensure that Service function is able to plan and deliver as per requirements.
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies
Experience :
- Managing the Service function and supporting the P&L leader
- Exposure to various Analysis to increase productivity
- Excellent relationship skills and strong customer and business focus.
- People Management, Team player.
- Strong customer focus and results orientated with the ability to deliver results.
- Strong change management skills and able to lead and initiate change within the business adapting approaches to deliver expected benefits.
- Skilled at building shared vision.
- Delivers results through others
Qualification :
- BE/B.Tech with Post graduate/MBA degree in Operations.
