DGM/GM - Aviation Operations (25-30 yrs)
- Minimum 25 years of experience in aviation field
- Overall incharge of the Region/Location (Bothe Fuel Farm & ITP)
- To overall supervise and ensure timely and safe refueling of aircrafts at the airside & Fuelfarm with adherence of all quality aspects (Over see the safety & Security)
- Maintenance and upkeep of all mobile equipment (dispenser and refueller)
- Direct the creation, implementation and enforcement of operating rules, regulations, and procedures for safe, secure and efficient operations
- Ensure calibration and verification of all in-use and master equipment.
- Overall adherence of all laid down procedures in DGCA approved Quality Control Manual.
- Effective and optimal allocation and usage of given resources (manpower and equipment) in pursuit to ensure delay free, safe and quality compliance refueling services.
- Allocation and supervision of jobs entrusted to Shift Managers in the shift at FF &ITP
- Shall assist customers/DGCA officials/IOSL officials in conducting inspections and audit.
- All documents and statutory requirements are complied with effectively.
- Ensure correct stock accounting.
- Impart and disseminate the information about circulars and amendments to down the line.
- Periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule is made on all equipment.
- Ensure Safety, Health, Security and Welfare for all personnel.
- Issue permits for all work taken up.
- Always ensure delay free and courteous service to airlines. Conduct regular meetings with airlines and airport operator.
- Take appropriate action in case of an emergency and intimate the agencies concerned.
- Observe Market Intelligence and report to management
- Report all appreciable happenings, incidents and accidents
- Monitor percentage of volume with respect to shared suppliers and request for more business/ report to management for the same
