We are looking for Mature & Seasoned Civil Engineers with hands on experience in Real Estate Project Execution. The incumbent will be based out of Bangalore and will take on complete responsibility of end-to-end Execution of Residential/Commercial Projects.

Job Summary:

The role will be responsible for driving and owning the entire project life cycle. The incumbent will be expected to support the Project CEO in running the project operations on a day-to-day basis including managing teams, running reviews, driving targets, and complete ownership for delivery of projects.

A proven leader who can get the related departments like design, architectural, structural, QA, legal and construction together. Should be comfortable to dive into project details with the team, and zooming out to design the processes and systems that will help the business to scale up.

Role & Responsibility:

- Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time and quality to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

- Tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Management Consultants/ contractors.

- Close collaboration with related functions like Liaison, Design, Structural, Architectural, QA, Marketing & Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure achievement of AOP targets.

- Managing and motivating staff at all levels to ensure that there is high morale and commitment at the site and productivity levels with timelines are maintained.

- Track spends against allocated project budget and highlights variations, resolution wherever needed.

- Provide technical/work scope inputs to Contracts to prepare the contract.

- Prepares detailed project plan such as work schedules, risk mitigation plan in coordination with the consultants.

- Conduct weekly review meetings with Contractors / consultants on work progress, construction schedule, design or quality issues.

- Develop communication protocols defining responsibility frequency, channel of communication, review meetings and ensures adherence to it.

- Track and monitor progress of construction activities with respect to final drawings, design, construction schedule and budget.

- Ensuring the construction site is compliant with, Local laws and regulations, as well as company guidelines, policies and procedures.

- Planning & driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms.

- Timely resolution of issues implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location.

Requirements:

- B.E in Civil Engineering (preferably from one of the premium institutes).

- 10-15+ years of project / construction management experience in Real Estate (preferably residential) with at least 5 years in a similar profile.

- Experience in working in and driving cross functional teams.

- Background in end-to-end project management.

- Should have worked in reputed organizations.

- Team building, management and review.

- System and process-driven.

- Data analysis and problem solving.

- Mature, seasoned professional with ability to take on complete leadership responsibility and execute defined Projects.
