DGM/GM/Senior General Manager - Contracts - Civil Projects (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 Engineering Colleges only for an exciting opportunity in a Contracts role our organization.
Job Description :
1. Manager techno-commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
2. To handle contract related correspondence
3. To supervise the tendering process for different packages, including MEP
4. To scrutinize contract conditions, commercial & legal provisions and align them with respect to company policy.
5. To interact with User teams / Design team to develop Contract document.
6. To obtain optimum pricing for the packages to achieve time & quality on job.
7. To minimize variations & change orders.
8. To develop a complete contract document protecting the technical, commercial & legal aspects of the company.
Key Criteria :
1. Candidates should have completed BE/BTech(Civil) from Tier 1 Engineering Colleges.
2. Should have experience in handling Contracts for residential asset class.
