Qualifications with soft skill requirements :
- An engineering graduate with 15+ years of facility management experience in large, luxury properties.
- Expert in integrated facility management operations, customer management skills and interpersonal skills.
- High Integrity and work ethics.
- High on emotional intelligence. Can work effectively in a high stress environment.
Desired skills :
- Mature individual with expertise in handling demanding situations
- Good knowledge of operations and hands-on experience
- Experienced in managing large teams
Primary responsibilities :
- Handled Key Accounts on PAN India with extensive experience in managing the entire gamut of Operation & Maintenance, Facility Management with procurement of operational and maintenance inventory on behalf of the client.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities; conceptualizing and effectuating measures / modifications in the operating procedures to optimize resources and manpower utilization.
- Distinction of playing a key role in devising and implementing strategies that streamlines organizational deliverables and fostered an environment for increased business and reduced operational costs.
- Expertise in managing complete facility management including Operation & Maintenance
Others :
- Progressive, dynamic and flexible approach to delivery of FM Services including Life cycle and Catering
- Proven track record of Customer Relationship and Financial Management.
