DGM - Mechanical - Paper Industry (15-18 yrs)

Job location - Himachal Pradesh
Candidates with experience in the PAPER Process industries will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Conceptualisation and framing of technical specification, schematic & layout drawings for the following utility equipments (Piping, steam generation & handling, water treatment, chilled water generation & handling, compressed air systems, pumping systems and basic electricals), refrigeration equipments, process equipments, fire extinguishing systems, Effluent Decontamination Systems related to preferably paper industries.
2. Assessment of Utility requirements and deriving capacities of various utility equipment based on consumptions.
3. Supervise mechanical works at site to ensure timely implementation in accordance to the technical specifications & quality work.
4. Scrutiny of drawings & Technical data sheets
5. Preparation of Project cost estimates & Rate analysis.
6. Inspection of equipment & materials, supervision & co-ordination for installation and commissioning to ensure quality.
7. Certification of material receipt, recording of measurements and processing bills of works.
8. Co-ordination and Monitoring of Project time schedule using MS project and progress reporting.
9. Raise the issues or missing links that need to be addressed by Project Implementation Team
10. Ensure adherence to schedule through regular review, monitoring & updates with contractor.
11. Any other work assigned by the superior
