Job Description :

1. Accountable for effective management and delivery of assigned simple or complex development projects in each global region.

2. Ensure that the core and extended team are executing programs in line with the approved business plan.

3. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams by defining clear, realistic goals and strategies.

4. Negotiate with project teams to arrive at mutually agreeable and realistic time lines that are achievable and communicate these to all concerned. Also, responsible to communicate and get agreement for any delays in project progress that is expected due to external or internal reasons

5. Responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets and providing project updates and information to support the financial reporting cycles.

6. Lead, champion, analyze and defend assigned projects. In addition to the normal project planning techniques, the incumbent must be capable of risk management, problem solving and facilitate decision making.

7. Facilitate action items to completion. Identifies and resolve project issues (If required elevate to higher management)

8. Assist in developing project or business strategies.

Skills

- Good computer skills are required. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Project is required.

- Cross-functional experience in different areas such as Development, Tech transfer, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, or Regulatory is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience in project work from matrix organizations.

- Skilled presenter with ability to focus on the essentials.

- Good oral and written communication skills are required

- Assertive, Integrator & Negotiator.

- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Salary:INR 20,00,000 - 35,00,000 P.A.
