DGM Project Planning/Coordination & Billing - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)
Qualification : B tech/M tech (Civil)
Requirements and skills :
- Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress by Day to day follow up with Site Team And collecting data from them.
- Preparation of Client Bill As per Site Monthly progress and report to Project Manager/Project Head.
- Preparation of Meeting Documents, PPT, MIS Report, DPR MPR.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
- Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
- Updating CTC, Billing Collection data and reporting to Project Manager/Project Head Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
- Supports project organizational and administrative activities when delegated.
- Supervises planning/scheduling activities when delegated.
- Identifies schedule associated cost trends for management attention.
Qualifications/Skills :
- Proven experience in real estate project planning, coordination, and billing.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with billing systems and financial reporting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
