DGM - Projects - Execution & Finishes - Real Estate (15-30 yrs)
ABC Consultants has been retained to hire a DGM - Projects (Execution & Finishes) position, for a Renowned Real Estate Group in Delhi/ NCR
A few pre-requisites are mentioned below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Being in charge of individual Project he is responsible for Project completion within specified parameters of quality, cost and time. Having hands on construction knowledge with good techno-commercial acumen he should deploy & implement Advanced construction Techniques to produce High-Quality Finishes with Extreme customer focus.
- Assist Project Head in carrying out execution activity for building construction for the designated buildings
- Should interpret the structural & Architectural drawings and highlight the necessary changes required
- Should constantly monitor and compare budgeted quantities with the actual quantities
- Should coordinate with different agencies like planning, consultants & contractors
- Execute the work at site as per the drawings and specification
- Monitoring the Civil Construction activities being carried out by the Construction Contractor
- Monitoring of Daily progress report and ensure proper Billing and submission as per schedule
- Ensure quality of execution and timely completion of job as per schedule
Qualifications and Work Experience: Graduate with minimum 15 years experience in Residential / Commercial / Real Estate Sales with a premier Real Estate Developer
You would need to have:
Highly motivated and self- directed; Focused on results and closures
Exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills
Excellent communication (written and oral)
Good understanding of business
Analysis and make recommendations to enable decision making and improvements
